Our Partnership with Employment Horizons
We would like to shine a spotlight this month on a few Production Associates who have become members of our CCG family through our partnership with Employment Horizons. Employment Horizons is an organization whose mission is “to assist people with barriers to employment to achieve their individual vocational objectives and establish self-sufficiency in the community.”
Tara McEntee, CCG’s Chief People Officer, explains, “Finding an organization with a mission to assist people with barriers to employment, and being able to create ways for these employees to feel established, accomplished, and a part of a team is a win/win for everyone.”
CCG currently employs 7 associates, some pictured above, and we truly appreciate the commitment and effort they put forth each day on our production floor.
About Employment Horizons
Since 1957, Employment Horizons has provided job training and placement services to people with disabilities and other barriers to employment. They currently partner with hundreds of small and large companies in the tristate area, and beyond, by providing them with dependable and highly motivated employees to fill service-sector, fulfillment, grounds-keeping, janitorial, administrative, and many other positions.
