New Year, New Culture Vision
CCG Marketing Solutions implemented ONE CCG, an initiative that introduced a new Culture Vision and Core Skill Sets designed to help CCG employees develop stronger relationships with each other and their clients to build high-performing partnerships.
Tara Redmond McEntee, Chief People Officer, explains, “Focusing on a shift in mindset was very well received by the team last year, and set a great foundation for our ONE CCG vision. As our journey continues, we will repeatedly practice core skill sets that focus on accountability, effective communication, collaboration, and innovation to achieve our common purpose; to be exceptional partners to one another and the clients we serve.” CCG kicked things off by handing out a custom employee kit that contains branded items with the ONE CCG logo, accompanied by a Core Skill Set flipbook that introduces a new skill set every other week, providing CCG with a common language to be used within their internal and external teams.
“Ultimately, if our employees learn, connect, and evolve together at a deeper level, then this will enable us to continue producing superior results for our clients in our ever-changing environment,” says Simon Hooks, CEO.
ONE CCG will be tied into every employee event, addressed in meetings, and be the mantra throughout this year and beyond. It is a message of unity, of teamwork, of togetherness. After the last two years’ challenges experienced globally, CCG’s outlook is to propel forward as ONE.
