Sales & Marketing Coordinator

CCG is seeking a motivated self-starter who is interested in growing with a rapidly expanding and profitable division that works with large Fortune 500 corporations. Our ideal candidate is outgoing, hardworking, organized & capable of juggling multiple projects simultaneously.



· Point of contact for clients & vendors while managing ongoing projects

· Assists with daily operation for branded merchandise, apparel & premiums, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow

· Responsible for tracking all orders, invoices & expenses

· Monitoring shipping/receiving and confirming order status

· Low volume travel to client meetings & industry functions

· Reporting regularly to management regarding incoming and outgoing projects/programs

· Researching products, from database of over 1 Million items based on customers’ requests

· Record Keeping: Maintaining Files & E-Files

· Work with sales team and put together quotes/presentations for customers



· Bachelor’s Degree preferred, not required

· Tech savvy – proficient in Microsoft Office Suite & social media

· Exceptional organizational skills

· Time management and ability to prioritize tasks

· Strong attention to detail

· Proof reading skills

· Research/Analysis skills

· Excellent oral and written communications skills

· Client focused – they are the purpose of our day

· Ability to work in a team structure, as well as independently

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple tasks simultaneously. Must be able to pivot quickly based upon client needs.



· Bilingual – English/Spanish

· Familiarity with the Management & Record Keeping of Invoices Preferred

· Graphic Design Skills Preferred

· Interest or Past Experience in Digital Marketing

· Experience with Shipping/Receiving

· Outgoing Personality

· B2B Sales Experience
